Terms of Use
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mondspace (the “Service”), a web and mobile application for practicing Philippine board and civil-service exams. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Mondspace is — and is not
Mondspace is an independent, privately produced study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Civil Service Commission (CSC), any professional regulatory board, or any review center. Mondspace does not use the PRC or CSC seal, or claim any official status.
Every question, explanation, and practice item in Mondspace is original material written to match the published syllabus (Table of Specifications) for each exam. Nothing in the Service is a leaked, reproduced, or verbatim copy of an actual board exam question, and nothing is lifted from copyrighted commercial reviewers.
Practice questions are drawn from a shared pool used by all Mondspace users studying that subject — they are not written exclusively for any one person, and the same item may be served to other reviewees.
2. No guarantee of results
Mondspace is a study tool, not a guarantee of passing any board or civil-service exam. We make no representation about pass rates, scores, or outcomes, and no statement on the Service should be read as a promise of exam success. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation, the actual exam content set by the relevant board, and factors specific to you.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
You need an account to save progress, and you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. One account is for one person — please don’t share logins.
4. Free and paid access
Mondspace has a free tier and a paid plan called Pro. A new free account gets a 7-day window with every area of its course open, including mock boards and flashcard generation; creating brand-new questions is subject to a fair-use allowance during that window. After the window, the free tier continues and does not expire: it covers one area of one course, which you choose, with a limited number of questions per day. A free account may keep one uploaded file in My Reviewer. Pro opens every area of your course, removes the daily limits, includes mock boards and flashcard generation, unlocks custom difficulty, and lets you keep up to ten uploaded files.
Pro is sold for a fixed length — currently ₱499 for one month, ₱799 for three months, ₱1,299 for six months, or ₱1,999 for one year. There is no difference in features between the lengths. Prices are shown at checkout and may change; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for. We may run limited-time discounts; a discount applies only to purchases completed while it is running, and discounts do not combine.
Pro does not renew automatically. We do not store your card and we will never charge you again without you choosing to buy more time. When a plan reaches its end date, the account simply returns to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — your saved questions, notes, progress, and streak all remain, and you can buy more time whenever you like. Time bought while a plan is still running is added on top of what is left, so renewing early never costs you days.
Group plans. One person (the buyer) can pay for a group of three to seven people, the buyer included, for six months or one year. The buyer adds the others by username, and each person must accept. The group's time runs from the day of payment, and every member's Pro ends on the same day, however late they joined. Someone who already has Pro cannot be added until their plan ends. A pending invite can be cancelled; once someone has joined, the seat is theirs for the rest of the plan. A refund of a group plan, under the refund terms below, ends Pro for everyone in the group.
5. Refunds
If Pro is not what you expected, we will refund you in full within seven days of your payment, provided you have answered fewer than 100 questions since buying it. Email monds@mondspace.app from the address on your account and we will process it.
Beyond that window, or beyond that amount of use, we do not refund unused time — except where the law requires it, or where something on our side genuinely failed, in which case please write to us anyway and we will put it right.
Paid access is a license to use the Service for the plan period, not a transfer of ownership of anything in it.
6. Referrals
Any account can generate a referral code. Someone using your code on their first Pro purchase of a single-person plan gets 5% off, and once their payment clears you receive one free month of Pro. A code can earn a maximum of twelve free months in total, after which it closes and can no longer be used. Codes do not apply to group plans. Rewards are access only and are never exchangeable for cash. We may withhold rewards or close a code where it is being used to refer accounts that are not genuine.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy questions from the Service;
- Resell, redistribute, or publish Mondspace content elsewhere;
- Attempt to bypass access limits, entitlement checks, or rate limits;
- Use the Service to generate content unrelated to licensure exam review;
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation or attempt to access another user’s account or data.
Decks, folders and comments that users publish are made by them, not by Mondspace, and are not checked by us. Publish only what you have the right to share, with no links or contact details. We may hide or remove anything that is reported.
Friends can send each other private text messages in the app. Messages are written by users, not by Mondspace, and are not checked by us unless someone reports them. Do not send abuse or spam, and do not share anything you have no right to share. You can delete your own messages, report a message sent to you, or block a reviewer at any time. We may hide reported messages and suspend accounts that misuse messaging.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, without a refund for a paid period already forfeited by the violation.
8. Ownership
The questions, explanations, flashcards, structure, and software that make up Mondspace are owned by us. Your own notes, saved text, and account data remain yours — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
9. No warranty, limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep content accurate and the app running, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mondspace and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
